		<description>I&#039;m not sure on all hybrid-electrics, but I believe the Toyotas use some system that captures energy from the brakes to charge the batteries.</description>

		<description>No Hybrids charge the power packs by the electric motors. most have two electric motors when you let off the gas pedel one motor is like a generator and chargers the pack and the other one is still the drive motor.</description>
